A major molecule designed from recurring subunits (a polymer of acrylic acid) that magically converts a liquid into a great gel formula.  It always must be neutralized with a foundation (including sodium hydroxide) with the thickening to come about and it results in viscous, clear gels that also experience wonderful and non-tacky about the skin.F
